It’s been a great year since we re-launched the IntelliTrack® inventory and asset tracking system, and the Barcoding team has announced even more new features and capabilities in our 2022 Q4 Release Updates.
Platform-wide enhancements streamline the user experience—and along with bundle-specific updates, they bring new speed and efficiency to your workflows, too. Together, the updates help IntelliTrack do even more to track IT and physical assets, manage inventories, save time, and support your overall enterprise data strategy.
Join Principal Software Engineer, Jack Nosek, to walk through the biggest news in Q4 updates in just 3 minutes, and read through the highlights below:
We’ve made improvements and reorganized the IntelliTrack home screen that make it easier than ever to get straight to the information you need from the moment you log in.
Enhancements to the web console’s home screen improve the user experience, including a new quick search bar that allows users to query using serial numbers, asset numbers, and patient IDs.
Within the new Insights menu selection, users can favorite their most-used dashboards and reports, and they’ll appear on a home screen panel for quick and easy access. Another panel displays all the IntelliTrack bundles your organization holds licenses for, to help users make optimal use of all the capabilities you have access to.
At the Assets screen, users can now display and query all user defined fields. And when exporting data from any screen, all query results data is exported.
Tenant administrators can now determine whether two-factor authentication is required for all users, and 2FA is enforced for all administrators. In addition, tenant administrators can now see locked-out users and remaining lock-out time, and unlock locked-out users right from the user list.
Other platform-wide and bundle-specific updates enhance query functionality, improve the data export experience, and more, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Within the IT Assets Bundle, Rapid Enroll™ can automatically provision eligible new devices running Android 10+ operating systems* based on predefined requirements in our PreLive process for faster equipment delivery and deployment. And now with VeriMy™, assignees without an IntelliTrack account can also check out assets. RMA management enhancements make it even easier to keep tabs on RMAs.
*Excludes Samsung devices and RMAs processed outside the IntelliTrack platform.
Patient Belongings Tracking (PBT) improvements align capabilities with the ways work gets done—allowing a user to collect property for more than one patient at a time, and to request another user to retrieve property from one or more patients. Plus, newly available functionality supports lost-and-found property tracking, including recording and management of:
There’s something for everyone in Q4 updates. Rotational Assets and Consumables Inventory get their own improvements, too.
