It’s that time again!

Continuous improvement is part of everything we do at Barcoding—for our customers and our own products and services—and certainly for our IntelliTrack^® inventory and asset tracking system.

We’re always adding new features and capabilities to improve user experience and introduce new ways to be more accurate, efficient, and connected. And we’ve got some exciting news for users this quarter.

New iOS Release for IntelliTrack PBT Mobile Client

It’s here! IntelliTrack’s PBT mobile client isn’t just for Android users anymore. Look for the newly released iOs app in the App Store—with Barcoding, Inc. branding.

Capabilities Added to the IntelliTrack Mobile Client

Support functionality has been added to handle issues, receipts, and returns of consumables. Previously, these transactions were available through the website, but we’re excited to extend the capabilities to the Android mobile app.

Receiving & Picking Functionality in Consumable Inventory

New with the Consumable Inventory bundle is the ability to support inbound and outbound orders with order picking and receiving functionality. Receiving and picking orders can be completed using either the IntelliTrack website or the mobile client.

IoT Integration for Automatic Asset Transactions

Brand-new to IntelliTrack, we’ve begun adding IoT integrations, starting with automatic asset transactions. IoT sensors and IntelliTrack can be configured to automatically execute a configured rule when a change in asset location is detected by a sensor. This IoT integration is just the beginning—look forward to more on the way in future releases!

Patient Belongings Tracking Update

In this update, users can now add a property move transaction. So, when a patient is transferred from one area or facility to another and their property needs to be moved from one storage location to another, it’s simple and straightforward to execute and record the move using IntelliTrack.

New & Improved User License and Role Management Capabilities

IntelliTrack administrators will find a new tab under User Details to help them manage and view assigned and available licenses for users. We’re also rolling out new standardized global rules to make it easier for administrators to manage and assign user roles. Look for more in the next quarter!
