Smile: It’s RFID
Laser-triggered cameras are being used to automatically take pictures and upload images to Facebook via RFID.
Kellogg’s Australia recently launched the Fuel On Skate Park to help advertise their Nutri-Grain cereals. But this isn’t just any skate park—not only does it glow in the dark, it also uses RFID.
The park is a street skate course with laser-triggered cameras that automatically photograph skaters and upload images to Facebook by scanning RFID tags. The photos are taken at prime capture positions in order to showcase the best tricks. Real-time tracking based on projection mapping on the skate ramps allows riders to see their moves in a whole new light!
