Qkie is a new brand of cookies with scannable, edible QR codes.
Companies have been using edible QR codes at marketing events, but I’ve yet to see consumers do the same… until now. Aside from making qr codes out of food, consumers can now get QR-coded cookies.
Cleverly coined Qkie, the cookies are from German food company Juchem Gruppe and DFKI.
Consumers can order a box of Qkie mix and 20 QR codes, to a web destination of their choice, printed on edible paper for $9.50.
Could be a fun, different way to hand out holiday cookies this year. Share your thoughts on our Facebook or twitter pages.
