LG’s Futuristic Cookbook

Earlier this year, LG rocked CES by introducing NFC-enabled “smart appliances.” To go along with their recent culinary endeavors, LG is now trying to bridge the gap between recipes and what’s actually cooked.

One of LG’s recently granted patents discusses two RFID tags that would provide food information and appliance specifications to a reader. This solution would connect to a server, delivering tailored details for cooking the specified food on your exact appliance.
