Honeywell Dolphin Black: Coming Soon!

The emerging popularity of BYOD has caused manufacturers to rethink their mobile strategy. While BYOD is popular, not all devices are made to withstand life in the enterprise.

Honeywell recently announced it will be debuting its latest device, the Dolphin 70e Black.

The Honeywell Dolphin 70e Black is a rugged, smart device made for traditional AIDC customers who also want a sleek, light-weight mobile device that can withstand more that consumer-grade devices.

“Dolphin Black reflects two device trends in today’s industrial world: consolidation and consumerization. Workers and enterprises are looking for a single device that can do the work of several. They also want their devices to be as intuitive and easy to use as their personal mobile phones and tablets, but rugged enough to survive the environment of today’s mobile professional,” said John Waldron, president of Honeywell Scanning & Mobility.

The Dolphin Black will ship with Windows and Android operating systems starting February, 2013 with Windows and Android™ operating systems. Get the latest updates on the Dolphin Black and watch the video below to learn more.
